Volunteers are the lifeblood of the community and without them events such as this are not possible!

 

We are calling on volunteers to assist us in a variety of roles from Thursday 5th January – Saturday 21st January.

 

Roles include:

• Event logistics/signage – bump-in/bump-out

• Player Packs created

• Match Office Assistants

• Opening Ceremony – set up, ticketing, ushering, pack up

• Closing Dinner – set up, registration desk, trophies

• Player Services – fruit/water stations

• Court maintenance – line markings

• Visitor Hosts – concierge desk

• Family Fun Day Hosts – set up, prize give-aways, manage crowds, pack up
